About nine months ago, I created a Ubisoft account linked to the email address alishkabaku1***@gmail.com. Around September, I lost access to this Gmail account, but the Steam account linked to my Ubisoft account is still fully under my control, and I know all the details related to the Ubisoft account; in other words, the account clearly belongs to me, I just can no longer access the old email address. Because of this, I contacted Ubisoft Support using my new email address, alishka.ag***@gmail.com, and opened a support ticket, selecting the option that I could not access my Gmail account. Throughout the process, I provided all the information that might be needed and proved that the Steam account linked to Ubisoft is mine, yet there was no real progress in resolving my issue. Ubisoft Support asked me to confirm a verification message sent to my old Gmail address, and I clearly explained multiple times that I no longer have access to that email account and that this was exactly the reason I contacted support, but despite this, I was told they could not help me. I do not understand how I am expected to confirm something sent to an email address I can no longer access. At the moment, my Ubisoft account is still logged in on my computer and I am able to play my games, but I cannot change the email address from the account settings. I would also like to emphasize that I can prove my old Gmail address has been closed through messages sent to its recovery email address, which clearly show that this Gmail account is no longer accessible; despite all this, I do not feel a solution-oriented approach was taken during the support process. I kindly request that Ubisoft review my support ticket number 24976422 again, take into account that I have already provided all the necessary verification, and update the email address linked to my account to alishka.ag***@gmail.com so that I can have safe and permanent access to my Ubisoft account.
