I purchased a 3-month GeForce Now subscription from GamePlus+ during a promotional discount. After the 3 months ended, I noticed the subscription was automatically renewed at a different, higher price without my consent. I never requested auto-renewal—if I wanted to continue, I would have renewed the subscription myself.
I emailed GamePlus+ about this issue, but it has been over a week, and I have yet to receive a response. I have not used the service since the renewal and demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge.
Why is GamePlus+ misleading customers with such practices? Please address this issue promptly and return my money. This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable.
