I bought a Febi timing chain set for my 2004 Volkswagen Touareg 3.2 v6 vehicle, but the part was removed because it made noise at 1000 rpm. Service said the part was faulty and the engine was lowered again. Then we ordered Febi brand parts again and it came, it was mounted, then there was no sound. The defective part was sent to Germany, but the Febi employees returned it to me, stating that there was no problem with the part, as engine oil, sand, and foreign chemicals were detected in the part test. If we think logically, it is normal for this type of chemical to be contaminated during the assembly and disassembly of that part in the repair shop. So why didn't the sound problem occur when another product was installed?
