Eneba Sent Wrong Xbox Key - Silent Hill f Order Delivered As Tintin
On 22 December 2025 I purchased the game Silent Hill f for Xbox Series S (Xbox global key) from Eneba.com as a Christmas present, paying 50 € via Apple Pay from my personal account. Instead of the Silent Hill f key, Eneba delivered a key for a completely different game, Tintin. I have not activated or used this Tintin key in any way and it is still unused. Immediately after noticing the issue, I contacted Eneba support and sent screenshots showing that I ordered Silent Hill f but received Tintin. Since then I have written several follow‑up emails, but as of today, 26 December 2025, I have received no solution or meaningful response from the support team, and I feel ignored. As a result, I am left without the game I ordered, without any compensation, and my planned Christmas gift has been completely ruined. My Eneba order ID is o-y3am8be. I kindly request that Eneba provide me with the correct Xbox global key for Silent Hill f that I originally purchased, without any extra cost, as soon as possible. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly so that I receive the product I paid for and do not suffer any further loss of time or money.
