EA FC 24 Suffers Severe Lag on RTX 3050 Laptops

I purchased EA FC 24 on December 13 through Epic Games and launch the game via the EA App. Even though my computer—an Acer Nitro 5 with an NVIDIA RTX 3050 (4 GB) graphics card, 24 GB of RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 6600H processor—meets the system requirements, I experience constant stuttering and lag in both online and offline matches. This issue occurs every time I launch the game and seriously disrupts my gameplay experience.

I have tried many solutions, such as lowering graphics settings, updating drivers, and reinstalling the game. While these steps sometimes seem to help temporarily, the stuttering problem returns every time I close and reopen the game. Given that my hardware should be more than capable of running the game smoothly, I believe this issue is caused by a game optimization problem.

I have also observed that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Among approximately 100 PC players, around 65 report similar stuttering and performance problems, which strongly suggests that this is not a user-related issue, but rather a widespread optimization and software problem.

My expectation from EA and Epic Games is that this stuttering and optimization issue be permanently fixed, and that the necessary updates be released so I can play the game smoothly on hardware that meets the requirements. Additionally, I request some form of in-game compensation or goodwill gesture to make up for the inconvenience I have experienced.
