Renault's Gear Shift Sound on My 2023 1.3 TCe Automatic

My vehicle is a 2022/2023 Renault, January release, 1.3 TCe Automatic Joy Comfort, with 14,000 km and still under warranty. When shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, a "vuup" sound and a distinct noise can be heard. I took the car to the authorized service center and went for a test drive with them. They confirmed the sound and said they would open a case with the central office, and if approved, they would replace the part. Today, Renault called me from their Dialogue line and said the sound was considered normal. I informed them that the company I work for has seven 1.3 TCe vehicles, and none of them make this sound. Last week, I attempted to sell the car, but the buyer noticed the same sound during the test drive. We went to the service center again, and they stated the clutch set needed to be replaced. The authorized service said they would do it if the warranty was approved—but the approval never came. After receiving many similar complaints, Renault removed this issue from warranty coverage as of last month. Yet, hundreds of people have had their clutch sets replaced under warranty due to this same noise during gear shifts, and they’ve reported the problem was resolved after the replacement. While Renault claims to be a customer-focused brand, they still attempt to cover themselves when calling all such vehicles into service. I got a quote from outside: the replacement would cost ₺175,000. All I can say is stay away from Renault. The authorized service said no, so I’ll apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board tomorrow, and if that fails, I’ll take the issue to the Consumer Court.

Don't bother, they called me. Indirectly, they implied that I should put up with this noise in my car, which is under warranty and has only 14,000 km, and that there is nothing they can do, and that I should pay 175,000 TL out of my own pocket to get it fixed elsewhere. On Tuesday, I will also apply to the Consumer Court. Thanks to you, I realized that Renault is a regret. I was thinking of buying a brand new Austral as well. Thank God you helped me open my eyes.
