Reactivate My Smule Account Please

I am a Smule VIP user and my account has been suspended for the past two days. My account is registered with the email address alee***@gmail.com and my username is AileenT***. I received a message stating that my account has been permanently suspended because another device has provided VIP access for me. I contacted Smule customer support about this issue and the only response I received was that my account is permanently suspended for this reason. I was not given any warning beforehand, and I was not clearly informed about what exactly was done wrong or how this situation could be resolved. On this account, I have around 34,000 recordings that are very valuable to me, as they represent my singing memories collected over a long time. I do not want to lose all of these recordings. I am requesting that my Smule account be reactivated, or that you provide a fair solution that allows me to regain access to my account and all my recordings.
