I own an Audi Q2 model from 2023. Shortly after receiving my vehicle, I began hearing strange noises from the transmission while driving on slightly bumpy roads with the windows down. The sound was similar to metal parts colliding. Concerned, I went to the authorized dealer, Doguş Oto Maslak. They performed a test drive and informed me that this issue was considered normal, affecting Wac group vehicles in general, and that it did not interfere with functionality. As time passed and the noise persisted, I returned to the service center after driving another 2000 kilometers. They performed another test drive and dismissed my concerns, assuring me that everything was fine. Their response perplexes me. What makes such a noise acceptable? I would not have chosen this vehicle if I had known about this problem beforehand. With only 9000 kilometers on the odometer, I'm hesitant to drive my car because of these unsettling noises.
