I deposited 500 Rs to my BC.Game main wallet via UPI on 18 December 2025. Today is 26 December and the deposit is still in pending status in my BC.Game account, even though the money has already been successfully debited from my UPI app and sent to the merchant. My BC.Game account ID is 88585*** and the UPI transaction/order ID is F-1851833060655236932. After seeing that the deposit was pending for a long time, I used the manual credit option, where it was stated that I would receive a response within 24 hours. However, more than 36 hours have passed and I have not received any reply or update. When I contacted support, they only told me to wait patiently and said that the money had not been received on their side, but they did not give any clear time frame or solution. I have a successful transaction confirmation and reference number from my UPI app for this 500 Rs deposit, and it clearly shows that the payment was completed to the merchant. I request that my 500 Rs deposit be either credited to my BC.Game main wallet without further delay or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
