I bought a brand-new 2023 Range Rover Velar, but from my very first drive, I noticed unusual noises coming from the engine. When I reported it to the service, they initially said it was normal. However, at 10,000 km, the service technician confirmed the noise came from the timing chain. The chain and related parts were replaced within two months and the car was returned to me. Despite that, the same noise returned over time. Around 25,000 km, I recorded videos of the issue and sent them to the service advisor. The car was towed back to the service, and again, they diagnosed the chain as the problem. Now my car is waiting for repairs at Borusan Avcılar. I’m fed up and do not want repairs—I demand a full replacement vehicle immediately.
