I purchased a 10 kg Bosch washing machine, and we loaded laundry into it on the same day it was installed but heard a strange noise. Approximately 2 hours after installation, we contacted the service due to the sound issue. They came, inspected it, but claimed the sound was normal. A few days later, we called the service again, showing them video recordings with the sound, and they asserted that it was abnormal. However, the service insisted that, after running the machine for a few minutes, they couldn't hear anything suspicious and left. Meanwhile, another service for a different brand and product came to our home, heard the sound from our machine, and said, "If the warranty has not expired, send the product to service; there is an abnormal noise." They were surprised to learn that the product had just been purchased.
The Bosch service came to our home 4-5 times, and each time, after a few minutes of listening, they claimed everything was fine with the machine and left. The last time, we asked them to run the machine to the end to hear the sound, but they said they couldn't do that and left. Initially, they claimed that sounds like thunder or maybe too much laundry could be possible reasons. Then, I ran a wash cycle with only white laundry, where there were no elements capable of producing such sounds, but they again stated that the sound was normal. I will no longer choose Bosch products. I initially liked the product, and problems started soon after installation. If I insisted on a replacement after a year of use, the situation could be seen as misuse, but issues arose right after installation. I am sharing this with everyone to prevent trouble due to the company's negligence and delayed response.
