I started using the Promova language course with a free trial, but on 20.12.2025 I was charged an annual subscription fee of 2,159.99 ₺ during the trial period without my clear consent. I did not intend to purchase a paid annual subscription while the trial was still ongoing. After noticing the charge, I tried to contact Promova customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone or get support regarding this unauthorized payment. I request that the annual subscription be cancelled and the full amount of 2,159.99 ₺ charged on 20.12.2025 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
