In eFootball, in-game purchases are not working — the money was withdrawn, but the coins were not credited. Where should I file a complaint?

Why this happens:

Failure during transaction processing.

Problem on the payment gateway side (Google Play, App Store, Steam).

Overloaded servers.

What to do:

Restart the game — sometimes the purchase is credited after the next login.

Check your purchase history:
– In Google Play: Settings → Payments → Purchase history.
– In App Store: Apple ID → Purchases.
– In Steam: Account → Purchase history.

If the purchase shows as completed but the coins didn’t arrive:
– Contact Konami support through the in-game “Contact Us” section.
– Attach a screenshot of the receipt/payment with the transaction number.

If the payment didn’t go through — request a refund through the platform (Google, Apple, Steam).

Konami usually processes requests within up to 10 business days.
