eFootball Glitch Blocked Login and Removed In-Game Balance
Last night around 10:50 PM, while trying to log into eFootball on my phone through my Google Play–linked account, I selected the “Remember Me” option. After that, I received an error and was unable to access the game for a long period of time.
During this time, approximately 150 units of eFootball in-game currency were deducted from my account. I had purchased this currency with real money. Because of the error, I was unable to log into the game, and I never had the chance to use the deducted balance in-game. To be safe, I closed and reopened the game, checked my balance, and verified updates, but the missing in-game currency was not restored.
To resolve this error and the inconvenience I experienced, I am requesting that the missing 150 units of eFootball currency be re-credited to my account, and, if possible, that I be given a clear explanation of what caused this issue.
Progress
I'm experiencing constant lag and then being kicked out of the game while playing eFootball on my Redmi 10 Pro phone. Even after changing and lowering the graphics settings, the problem hasn't improved at all, and the game freezes and closes by itself in the same way in every match.
This completely ruins my enjoyment of the game, and I've been dealing with the same issue for a long time. I haven't contacted customer service or in-game support yet. I request that the necessary optimizations be made on the phone and the game so that the lag and kick-out problem is resolved with an update, or that a more stable performance be provided for this device.
