eFootball Mobile Charged Me Twice for One MyClub Purchase
About 5 minutes ago, I made an in-app purchase in the latest version of eFootball Mobile for a MyClub pack worth $2. Even though I purchased the 104 TL package only once, the same amount was charged from my Yapı Kredi card twice. The transaction was processed through Google Play, and my Google Play transaction number is gpa.3366-6123-8448-75402.
Despite making the purchase only once, your system charged me twice, which has caused me inconvenience. I have not yet contacted in-game support or customer service, and I hope the issue can be seen and resolved quickly through Şikayetvar.
I am requesting that the duplicate charge be corrected and that, as compensation for this inconvenience, 1,000 MyClub points be credited to my account as a gesture of goodwill.
