eFootball Error Code 750 Prevents Me From Buying Gabriel Batistuta

While playing eFootball on my mobile device, I have been trying to purchase the Gabriel Batistuta character through the website, but I continuously receive error code 750 and cannot complete the purchase process. After the payment screen opens, and sometimes even after the confirmation step, this error appears and the transaction is automatically canceled.

I want to make the payment using my bank card, but when I try again, I receive a “pending” warning for the transaction, and the purchase still does not go through. Despite this, there is no charge or pending authorization visible on my bank account.

When I contacted the authorized support team regarding this issue, I was told that I would receive a response later, but no follow-up or solution has been provided so far.
