While playing eFootball 2026 on March 21, 2026, at around 6:00 PM, my account was suddenly reset during a match when I briefly exited and re-entered the game.
All of my account data—including my level, players, coins, points, and overall progress—was completely wiped out instantly.
I had been using a guest account to log in. After this incident, I tried to contact support, but I was unable to submit a request because the support pages were in English, which made it difficult for me to proceed.
Because of this, I am sharing my issue here. I request that my account be fully restored to its previous state, including all lost data before the incident.
I ask that this issue be investigated and that my account be recovered so that my losses can be resolved.
