For about one month, I have been experiencing a serious issue when purchasing coins in eFootball Mobile through the Apple Store. I complete the payment through the Apple Store, and the amount is charged from my account, but the coins are never added to my game account. Because the coins do not appear, I am forced to request a refund through Apple each time.
I attempted several purchases, including 5,730 coins and 3,650 coins. During this process, payments were taken and refunds were issued, but now my in-game account shows an unfair negative balance of approximately -9,000 coins. Even though I never actually received or used the coins, this confusion in the payment and refund process has caused a serious issue in my account balance.
