Since I started playing Konami’s eFootball Mobile, I have strongly felt that there is a momentum system influencing matches. The way matches unfold, player performances, and in-game situations often feels like there is an external influence beyond normal gameplay, which seriously undermines both enjoyment and competitive fairness. I believe that success in the game should depend entirely on player skill, tactics, and effort, but because of the current momentum system, match outcomes often feel out of my control, which has significantly reduced my trust in the game.

In addition to this, on January 9, 2026, I made an in-game purchase totaling $85. Even though I received a notification stating that the purchase was approved, the 12,870 MyClub points that should have been credited to my account never arrived. Although the payment was taken and the transaction appears successful, these points do not appear in my in-game account, which has caused me financial loss and prevents me from using the content I paid for.
