I noticed that the coin balance in my long-used eFootball account dropped into negative numbers without my knowledge or consent. At one point, my balance showed approximately -3,508 coins, and it is currently displayed as -2,608 coins. Even though I have not made any coin purchases in the game, my account has been showing a negative balance like this for nearly a month.
During this time, I continued logging into the game, but this negative balance situation has seriously reduced my enjoyment of the game and damaged my trust in my account. I did not perform any unauthorized transactions, and I have no knowledge of any coin usage or spending, yet I do not accept the system showing my account with a negative balance in this way.
I request that the negative coin balance on my account be completely removed, and that, to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced, 2,000 coins be credited to my account as goodwill. I also kindly ask that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that this issue be permanently resolved.
