eFootball In-Game Purchase Charged but Package Not Received
I purchased a paid in-game package in the eFootball game using my Android phone. Even though $8 was charged to my credit card, the package I purchased was not added to my account.
I made the payment today, about 30 minutes before writing this complaint. My in-game username is “batuhf.” Although the payment appears to have been successfully completed, I cannot access the package in the game, and no content has been credited to my account. I was also unable to contact the company, as I could not find any phone number or support line to reach.
I request that the paid package I purchased be urgently credited to my account with the username “batuhf” in exchange for the $8 payment I made.
