eFootball Mobile Points Purchase Paid But Not Delivered

I play eFootball on my mobile phone and about 20 minutes ago I purchased 900 eFootball points. The payment was taken from my account, but the 900 eFootball points were not delivered to my in‑game account. I have not yet been able to reach customer service and I want the money that was withdrawn for this purchase to be refunded as soon as possible, or for the missing 900 eFootball points to be immediately loaded into my account.
