Vodafone Charged for Unauthorized eFootball Coin Purchases
Multiple eFootball Coin purchases were made without my knowledge or consent through my Vodafone postpaid mobile line, resulting in a total charge of $139 being added to my November 2025 bill. I was completely unaware of these transactions.
During this period, my SIM card was lost, and it’s possible that someone else gained access to my line. After discovering the issue, I contacted Vodafone customer service, but my refund request was denied.
I have never experienced such an incident before, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I have since canceled my line and now request that Vodafone thoroughly investigate the case and refund the unauthorized charges to resolve my financial loss and inconvenience.
