eFootball Store Refunded Only Part of My Accidental $35 Purchase

Between December 6 and 7, I accidentally made in-app purchases totaling over $35 on the eFootball Store. However, only about $7 of that amount was refunded to me, and no refund has been issued for the remaining balance.

I am requesting that the remaining amount be refunded to my account, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why it has not been refunded. I want this mistake — which was made unintentionally — to be resolved and my inconvenience to be addressed.
