On December 16, 2025 at 9:47 AM, an unauthorized charge of $80 was made from my Enpara bank card under the name Google eFootball 2024 without my permission or knowledge. I do not have this app installed on my phone, and I have never made any purchase or had any membership request for it. I am not aware of any transaction made under the name š* y*** **.
I noticed this unauthorized charge when reviewing my bank card activity and immediately contacted my bank to initiate a dispute and cancellation process. Since this charge was clearly made without my consent, I am suffering both financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting that Google thoroughly investigate this transaction, that the unauthorized payment of $80 be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation and information regarding the security of my account and card details.
