eFootball App Update Bug Prevents Login After In-App Purchase Attempt

In the eFootball game, my children accidentally made a Mayclap purchase during the New Year period. Since there was no money in my account, the payment could not be processed. However, after today’s update, I am now unable to log into the game.

When I open the app, it keeps telling me that an update is required, but because no update is available through the App Store, I cannot access the game at all.

The email address linked to my App Store account is g*********@gmail.com**.

I request that the Mayclap purchase made by mistake and any related subscription be canceled, that no charges be taken from my account, and that the update restriction preventing me from accessing the game be fixed so I can log in again.

I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed as soon as possible and that I receive a response regarding the problem.
