eFootball Refund Was Approved but Never Reached My Bank Account
On May 11, I requested a refund within the eFootball game for a transaction worth approximately $92 that I had made using my Ziraat Bank credit card. The in-game screen clearly shows that the refund request was accepted and approved. However, despite the time that has passed, the refunded amount has still not been deposited back into my Ziraat Bank account.
When I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service regarding this issue, they informed me that the refund amount had never been reflected in their system and that no such refund transaction had reached the bank. Even though the refund appears as approved inside the game, the fact that it has not reached my bank account has caused me financial inconvenience and frustration. The last four digits of the card used for the transaction are 2427.
I request that the relevant refund transaction be urgently reviewed and that the payment amount of approximately $92 be transferred to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible. I also request a clear and written explanation regarding the status and outcome of the refund process.
