Google Play and Ziraat Bank Failed to Refund My Unauthorized eFootball Charge
On 05/21/2026 at 9:42 PM, an in-app purchase worth approximately $95 was made through Google Play for the game eFootball using my connected Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or authorization. This transaction does not belong to me, and I did not approve or confirm it in any way.
Immediately after discovering the incident, I contacted Ziraat Bank, had my card blocked, and submitted a request for a refund of the unauthorized charge. However, no refund has been credited back to my account so far. In addition, I also filed a refund request through Google Play, clearly stating that the purchase was made without my knowledge or consent.
I demand that both Google Play and my bank thoroughly investigate this unauthorized transaction and refund the approximately $95 that was withdrawn from my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights by filing official complaints and pursuing legal action against the responsible parties.
