eFootball Purchase Bug — Paid Coins but Pack Not Received

Just now, in the eFootball game, I purchased a National Legend player pack through the in-game store. I paid about 900 in-game coins, and although the coins were deducted from my account, the player pack was not delivered to my account.

I request that the National Legend pack be added to my account immediately, or if that is not possible, that my in-game coins be refunded.
