eFootball Store Error — “Purchase Failed” When Buying Players

I am experiencing a problem during the payment step while trying to purchase a player from the in-game store in eFootball. After completing the credit card payment step, the screen shows the message “Purchase failed”, and the transaction does not go through.

This problem started about three days ago, and since then I have tried multiple times, but none of my attempts to purchase a player have been completed successfully. No money has been charged to my card, but the system keeps showing the same error every time. I have also not been able to reach in-game support or customer service to report the issue.

I request that the eFootball team investigate this problem, make the necessary technical fixes, and ensure that in-game player purchases can be completed smoothly and successfully.
