eFootball Play Code From Konami Keeps Giving Error

I purchased a $2 Play code for eFootball through Konami. Even though it has been about one month since the purchase, when I try to use the code in the game, the system constantly gives an error and the code is never accepted.

Because of this, I believe the code I was sent is invalid or faulty, and I am experiencing inconvenience as a result. I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue. I am requesting that Konami provide me with a new, valid, and usable code to replace the faulty one that was sent to me.
