Vodafone Charged Me for eFootball Purchase but Items Never Arrived
On 01.07.2026 at approximately 00:36, I made an in‑game purchase for the eFootball game via my Vodafone mobile line using the “charge to bill” option, in the amount of ₺1,729.99. Although this amount has been reflected on my Vodafone invoice and appears as a decreased balance in the Vodafone Yanımda application, it has not been credited either to my Google Play Store account or inside the eFootball game. Within the game, I only see a “failed” warning for the transaction, yet the amount has been fully collected from my line. After noticing the problem, I contacted Vodafone customer service. I was informed that I should reach Google Play Store or the eFootball side by e‑mail, but I could not find any valid e‑mail address for this. At the moment, the only documents I have are the transaction record visible in the Vodafone Yanımda app and the reference number P035/12647775***. The ID number of my in‑game account is ASMG-427-792-***. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and the fact that the payment has been taken from me while I receive no service in return is causing a serious grievance. I request that this payment be fully and correctly credited to my eFootball in‑game account, and that all necessary checks be carried out between Google Play, the game provider, and the mobile operator so that my grievance is resolved as soon as possible.
