eDreams Prime Secretly Enrolled Me and Keeps Billed My Card Monthly

I downloaded the app and bought a flight ticket through eDreams just once, after which an eDreams Prime membership was activated without my knowledge or explicit consent. I recently noticed that over $8 in Prime fees has been regularly deducted from my card every month since July.

Upon seeing these charges billed to my Yapi Kredi Bank card, I canceled the subscription through my eDreams account and attempted to remove my credit card information, yet the charges have continued. Because I cannot find a working phone number for customer support, I have no way to speak directly with anyone to resolve this issue.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription and a full refund of all unauthorized Prime charges deducted from my card since July.
