Unauthorized EDreams Prime Charge – Refund Request

On 30 September 2026 an amount of 319 RON was taken from my card by “RO EDREAMS PRIME ANNUA” for an annual eDreams Prime subscription, without any prior notification or clear consent from my side. I have not used this Prime subscription at all and I do not wish to keep it. As soon as I noticed the charge, I tried all available support channels: chat, phone and email, but I have not received any effective help or solution. I kindly request a full refund of the 319 RON charged on 30 September 2026 and the complete cancellation of the annual eDreams Prime subscription, so that no further amounts are taken from my card.
