eDreams Prime Billed My Card $8 After I Canceled My Subscription

On August 6, 2026, an unauthorized pending charge of $8 appeared on my card with the descriptor "eDreams Prime m barcelona ESP". Even though I previously canceled my membership following prior transactions on eDreams, I cannot accept that this charge was still processed.

I cannot see a clear explanation from either the app or my bank regarding what this charge was for, and despite my attempts to reach eDreams, I could not contact customer service. Having money drawn from my card for a service I never approved and believed I had canceled has caused me significant frustration.

I demand an immediate refund of the $8 charged to my card and a full explanation of how billing occurred despite my cancellation, so this issue can be permanently resolved.
