The carpet head for my Dyson V15s stick vacuum, serial number 3BR-EU-SNE0211A, is completely broken. When I contacted customer service, they initially promised to send a replacement within 1-3 business days. That conversation happened on May 2nd.
However, despite that promise, absolutely no action was taken until June 19, 2025. On that date, during yet another call, they incredibly stated that they didn't even have a single replacement head in stock! This blatant incompetence and lack of inventory have left me completely stranded and unable to use my expensive vacuum.
Dyson, you need to resolve this issue immediately! Your inability to replace a faulty part after such a long wait is unacceptable. Send me a new carpet head for my Dyson V15s now! I strongly advise anyone considering a Dyson product to be extremely cautious, as their customer service and parts availability are clearly abysmal.
