Unauthorized Amazon Prime Subscription Fee on My Card
I recently discovered a charge on my card for an Amazon Prime subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. I use Amazon only through my phone, and on 03/02/26, I saw that a Prime fee had been taken, even though I have not placed any orders that would justify a “no charge on delivery fees” type of service, and I have never started a free trial or promotion for Amazon Prime on this account or card. After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank. They informed me that it might be related to signing up on Amazon for a “no charge fee on orders” option. However, I have not ordered anything yet, and I was not clearly informed or aware that I was being enrolled in a paid Amazon Prime subscription. I request that this Amazon Prime subscription be canceled immediately and that the Prime charge taken from my card be fully refunded. I also want the charging of any future Prime fees to stop, as I do not wish to use or be subscribed to this service.
