Dyson V15 Won't Work! Broken Part, No Stock, Unresponsive Customer Service

When I bought my Dyson V15 cordless vacuum from the store in September of 2023, I was confronted with a frustrating situation that I am currently experiencing. Due to the fact that the motor bar head is fractured, the vacuum becomes inoperable. The replacement order was canceled; the reason given was that there was no stock available, despite the fact that several attempts were made to contact customer care and visuals of the broken part were provided. Due to a persistent problem with a component, I am unable to use my gadget because Dyson has not provided a satisfactory response. The time has come for Dyson to take action and immediately fix this issue in order to guarantee the satisfaction of its customers.
