I purchased the Skechers Vigor 3.0 sneakers through the Skechers mobile app under order number 1776191. After approximately one year of normal use, the sides of the shoes developed tears.
I sent the product to Skechers for inspection, but my claim was rejected on the grounds that no manufacturing defect was found. I do not find it acceptable for a pair of athletic shoes to tear at the sides after such a short period of regular use.
This is my fifth pair of Skechers shoes, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. The fact that the tear occurred around the area of my little toe makes the situation even more frustrating.
I am requesting that the shoes be re-evaluated for a potential manufacturing defect and that the product be replaced.
