eDreams Customer Service Complaint Over Missing Ticket

My name is Paul Robe** and I am writing about a serious problem I have experienced with eDreams. On 3 February, I booked a flight ticket from London to Bangkok, scheduled to fly on 4 March. The booking was made with a person who identified himself as Harry from eDreams, using the phone number +44 7366 3040**. He showed me the flight times and departure details, and I proceeded to pay for the ticket. I paid a total of £499 with my Barclays bank card (card ending in 2012). After the payment was taken, I did not receive any booking reference, confirmation email, or ticket, and no proof of my reservation was provided. Since then, I have not received any further communication or documentation about my flight. When I contacted Harry at eDreams about this, he told me that he would pay me back, but now he does not answer the phone at all. As a result, I am left with a £499 charge on my card, no tickets, and no clear information about my booking status or refund. I request that this situation be urgently investigated, that my £499 be refunded in full if no valid ticket exists, and that I be provided with clear written confirmation of the outcome as soon as possible.

No one has returned the money yet.
