Dyson V15 Carpet Head Replacement and Customer Service




The wheels of the carpet head of my Dyson V15, which I purchased on September 8, 2023, got broken. Due to a lack of stock update, they are not providing the new head. I reported this issue, along with photos, on October 23, 2023, to the relevant authorities. I also provided all the information about the problem through the WhatsApp support line. I requested them to send a new head, but they told me that they would ship the product as soon as the stock is updated. Thirty business days have passed since then. Today (December 6, 2023), I called them again, but the response was still the same. When I asked for a specific date for when the stock update will happen, they said that they don't have that information. I am tired of reporting the issue to the WhatsApp support line every week and checking the stocks in the ineffective mydyson application. They offer a 2-year warranty for the product, but they cannot provide a simple carpet head. They excel in advertising the product but keep the customer service quality at a minimum. It's truly an awkward situation. If a solution is not found for my problem soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and do my best for a refund.
