Dyson V15 Suction Power Dropped and Head Broke
The suction power of my Dyson V15 vacuum has noticeably decreased, and the carpet-cleaning head has also broken. When I contacted Dyson’s online service, they told me they would supply a replacement head; however, the fact that a large and reputable company like Dyson has been unable to provide this part for more than a month has left me extremely disappointed.
It has been nearly 50 days with no clear update, and I was not given a specific case number. We are the ones constantly having to follow up on the process. I paid around $589 for this product, and for a device at this price point, both the significant loss of suction power and such a long delay in obtaining a spare part are completely unacceptable.
Due to the suction power issue, I request that the product be replaced. Additionally, despite all my follow-ups and repeated requests, I expect an explanation as to why the replacement carpet-cleaning head still hasn’t been supplied and an urgent resolution to this problem.
