Dyson Hasn't Sent Replacement for My Broken V15 Vacuum Body After 6 Months




The body of my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner broke, and I've been waiting for a replacement part for six months. My customer support request was submitted on March 29, 2024, and I was informed that the part would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. However, six months later, there is still no evidence of it. In addition, the turbo head is generating noise. Dyson refused to repair or replace it when I inadvertently destroyed it. I am stuck with no solutions. It's frustrating that I've waited so long and now have a vacuum that I can't completely use. This was not what I expected from such a reputable brand.
