I have been experiencing serious performance issues with the Bumble app for the last 3 days. My account is active, and I can log in, but the app is extremely slow. Profiles and messages do not load properly. I can see that I have likes, but I cannot view them, and it is very difficult to read or open my messages because the screens either do not load or take a very long time. I am using Bumble on an iPhone 15 with version 26.42 of the app. The problem occurs constantly every time I open the app, regardless of when I try to use it. I have already tried general troubleshooting steps such as updating and reinstalling the app, but the issue has not improved. I have contacted Bumble support about this situation, but the problem still continues, and I am not able to benefit from the app as I should. I kindly request that this technical issue with my account and app usage be investigated in detail and fixed as soon as possible so that the app works normally again. In addition, I would appreciate an extension of my subscription for the period during which I was unable to properly use Bumble due to these technical problems.
