Dyson V8 Vacuum Refund Problem Not Solved

Because the shooting time was limited, I returned the Dyson v8 vacuum cleaner that I purchased on March 5, 2023. They received my return on March 18, 2023, and said it was inspected. Following that, they stated that the return process had been completed successfully and that a refund would be issued within 14 days. I called several times. When I called on April 23rd, they said the money would be credited to my account in 48 hours. It was 12.02.23, and they had made no deposits. Today marks the 25th day of the year. Now I believe it was done with bad intentions. I need my money back right away. 2. I paid the installment, but my refund has yet to be applied to my account. Are you mocking the customer? This is an unsuitable move for such a large corporation. I would never have to wait. Please refund my money as soon as possible; otherwise, I will take you to court.
