Dyson Did Not Pay My Money Back
I bought a vacuum cleaner (Gen5) online from Dyson.com.tr on 20 March 2024. The amount (28,999₺) of the cleaner was charged to my credit card, but Dyson claimed that the transaction was not registered in their system. I was terrified for six days and called the Dyson Call Center countless times to understand what was going on?! On 26 March 2024, the Dyson Call Center said that my online shopping was canceled due to payment security, and my money would be refunded to my account within 3-6 working days. They also mentioned that if I wanted to, I could reorder the product (thank you for your kindness, Dyson 👏). Unfortunately, Dyson increased the price of my product to 33,000₺ on 1 April 2024 (and it was not a joke!). I called the Dyson call center again and told them that they had not refunded my money yet, and I requested to buy the product at the earlier price I bought it on 20 March 2024. They did not accept, and I was not surprised. AND, TODAY IS 06 APRIL 2024, DYSON HAS NOT PAID BACK MY MONEY. On top of that, the representatives from the Dyson Call Center claimed that they refunded it and sometimes banks hold the money in reserve. 😡 I called my bank, AKBANK, and the intermediary IZYCO; both confirmed that THERE IS NO REFUND! 😡 Dyson asked me to wait for a couple of days for them to investigate. I reject. NO. I have already waited too long! I have already been mistreated! I request an immediate refund of my money! Your household appliances are miracles! But, your online shopping, post-shopping, and customer services are nightmares!!! (P.S: You may listen to my voice recordings from your Call center).
