My Dyson V15 vacuum's furniture adapter broke within the warranty period, and I promptly reported it to customer service. However, all I’ve received are standard responses: "We’ll send it once it’s in stock." It’s been a year, and the part is still unavailable. The Consumer Arbitration Board ruled in my favor, and I shared the decision with Dyson, but they continue to disregard it, repeating the same line about waiting for stock.
