Dyson V15 Vacuum Attachment Supply Problem
My Dyson V15 vacuum attachment that I used to clean under the couch broke on September 9, 2023. I immediately contacted Dyson customer service and informed them of the situation. They video-called me to assess the damaged part and assured me that they would send a replacement within 2 to 5 days because the spare part was in stock. The 4th of October has passed, and I still haven't received the replacement part. I called twice, and despite being told both times that the part was in stock and would be shipped soon, Dyson later called me and admitted that they didn't have the spare part and couldn't provide an ETA. They appear to be playing games. I've always thought of Dyson as a trustworthy company, but there appears to be a major schism within their organization. If my problem is not resolved soon, I will file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. Finally, they must provide me with the product under warranty.

They sent it a bit late. I was happy because my problem was resolved. I hope I don't experience another issue with my machine; the resolution process was very troublesome and stressful. Would I buy products from this brand again? Of course not. Instead of resolving an issue when it arises, they make you go through a hassle. This brand is not worth buying.
