Dyson V15 Under-Furniture Adapter: 4 Months and Still Waiting

On December 15th, during a video call with Dyson Customer Service, it was determined that the under-furniture adapter of my V15 vacuum, which is still under warranty, was faulty. They promptly initiated the process to send a replacement. However, despite several follow-up calls, I’ve been repeatedly told that the under-furniture adapter is in the procurement stage and will be sent soon. Unfortunately, it still hasn’t been delivered. In my latest call, they asked me to track the product on their website and notify them when it arrives. It’s truly disappointing that a large company like Dyson has been unable to provide a spare part for my premium product for over 4 months. At this rate, they might just sell it for a fee once the warranty expires. Think twice before buying Dyson.

Despite one month having passed since my complaint, my materials still have not been provided.
When they applied to the Consumer Court, they finally found the adapter they had been unable to locate for months and sent it.
