Dyson V15 Cordless Vacuum Parts Supply Problem

The under-furniture adapter of my Dyson v15 cordless vacuum cleaner broke during use in November. When I called Dyson customer services, they informed me that they could not deliver the part because it was not currently in stock, but that it would be supplied as soon as possible. Thereupon, there was no response to me in the meantime, and every time I called, I was informed that it would be supplied as soon as possible. Even though we have entered the month, the product is still out of stock and is not sold for a fee. Unfortunately, a solution cannot be found for the part of this product, which I bought with a parts warranty. Although the same model vacuum cleaner of a different brand was cheaper when I bought the product, I bought this product by paying more because it had the advantage of an under-furniture adapter. They cannot find any solution to this grievance of mine.
